Alpha 0.2 is a big systems update for the body, wardrobe, city, and pressure layer. The short version: your current body matters more, styling has more places to go, special gear is real equipment now, and the city has more ways to tempt you, squeeze you, and pay you.

What's New

  • Beauty Atelier is open at Neon Mall. Beauty Studio now lets you preview and apply salon hair, hair colors, and makeup with full-body and portrait previews. Hair color presets include Blonde, Platinum Blonde, Dark Red, Brown, Dark Brown, Black, Pastel Pink, and Pastel Blue.
  • Beauty Studio can recolor makeup now. Recolorable grayscale makeup, starting with lips and lipstick, can use Nude, Soft Pink, Rose, Coral, Classic Red, Berry, Burgundy, Plum, and Smoky Black while Grey keeps the original layer. Chosen makeup colors preview, save/load, and are remembered when the same makeup is reused from the Mirror.
  • Nail Studio has been added to Beauty Atelier. You can choose Short, Medium, or Long nails, then pair them with polish presets like Natural, Nude, Pink, Red, Burgundy, Black, White, Blue, and Purple. The preview includes a close-up hand view so small changes are actually visible before checkout.
  • CyberClinic now offers body modifications. You can preview masculine, feminine male, and feminine body frames before paying. Breast presets can also be previewed first, with flat breasts free, regular breasts costing 4,000 Gold, and big breasts costing 8,000 Gold. Body frame changes cost 2,000 Gold.
  • Sterling Row now has a Plastic Surgeon. Face Surgery starts with a free consultation preview, showing the final target face-source look on your current body before you spend anything. The preview keeps your current cosmetic choices and colors without saving the new face until confirmation. Confirming the change costs 3,000 Gold, and changing back later costs another 3,000 Gold.
  • Your body and route identity are now separate. The story can keep its route assumptions while your live avatar tracks body frame, chest size, and current anatomy. Paperdolls, portraits, clothing fit, intimate equipment, and body-based bonuses now follow the current body.
  • Body shape now affects visible stats. Masculine frames add Confidence. Feminine and feminine-male frames add Beauty and Charisma. Big breasts add a larger Beauty and Charisma bonus on top.
  • Body & History has been added to the Stats overlay. This new tab records current body state, body modification history, sexual firsts, repeat counts, known special-gear states, and who applied certain gear when the scene tracks it.
  • Juicyfruit is open in the Lust End. The new adult shop sells a Silicone Plug, Chastity Cage Kit, Chastity Belt Kit, and Juicyfruit Strap-On. Chastity kits come with matching keys, and the shop warns you if a piece of gear does not fit your current body.
  • Special gear is now real equipment. Plugs, chastity cages, chastity belts, and the strap-on use proper inventory equipment rules. Chastity has key ownership, protected removal, and player-facing detail panels.
  • Outfit Vibe is readable again. Clothing, cosmetics, and covered special gear now contribute clear labels like Casual or Locked instead of leaking technical labels.
  • The city has expanded. The Gutter, Sterling Row, Residential Quarter, and Volthex Station add new places to visit, shop, recover, investigate, gamble, eat, and take risks.
  • The main mystery continues. The first Lowburn clue now leads into a wider investigation, with new ways to follow up, pull back, or push deeper into the city's stranger connections.
  • Mind States are clearer and more playable. Pressure states now explain what they block, how recovery works, and when the MC is still holding together.
  • Cheat Mode is available in patron/supporter builds. These builds now include a Cheats drawer in Settings with player-facing helpers for Wallet, Meters, Stats, Inventory, Time, and Relationships.

New Places and Activities

  • The Gutter. is now on the city map, with Ebis Pawnshop, Patchwork Clinic, Backroom Arcade, and The Flophouse. It is a rougher district built around pressure, quick fixes, risky money, and survival choices.
  • Patchwork Clinic. offers Anti-Fatigue and Anti-Stress Jabs for 100 Gold each. Each jab clears one visible pressure meter, strains another, costs Willpower, and can be used once per day.
  • Backroom Arcade. lets you play the Back Machines for 10 Gold. The jackpot can still happen, but repeat play is no longer a reliable money strategy.
  • Ebis Pawnshop. is now a sell-only fence for stolen and counterfeit goods. Eligible burglary loot can be sold there for half its listed value.
  • Residential Quarter. adds the Corner Shop, Ramen Place, cheap snacks, block-walking, a light social training lane, and stronger ramen recovery.
  • Residential burglary. is now available in the evening for players with enough Deception and 100 Gold on hand. Successful runs can produce stolen tech, while failed runs can branch into risky consequences.
  • Sterling Row. adds the Police Station and Volthex Tower, with a quick city-walk action and early investigation hooks.
  • Lowburn Yard. now includes Volthex Station as a new location tied to the mystery investigation.
  • Neon Mall has more shops. CostMart sells budget basics like Denim Shorts, Crop Top, Striped Thigh High Socks, Basic Shorts, Basic Dress, Fishnet Tights, Basic Black Heels, and Basic Thong. The Bookshop sells Alpha Male for Dummies and Slutcraft for Dummies.
  • Neon Mall Window Shop can notice more about the current MC. The action can now add one short reflection line based on visible state, such as a feminine outfit, makeup, feminine-male body frame, high dominance, high Strength, stress, fatigue, or arousal. If nothing fits, it stays silent.
  • City Park now supports reading. Relax in a Park can recover fatigue, stress, and willpower, or let you read an owned book for the same rest benefit plus that book's learning effect. Books track progress and finish after four reads.
  • Boutique and discount shopping are easier to browse. Fashion shops can now split stock into category tabs such as All, Tops, Bottoms, Dresses, Stockings, Shoes, Lingerie, and similar shop-specific groups.
  • Location graphics have display options. Settings now lets you choose Default crop, Compact crop, or Full height for location header images.

Story and Character Content

  • The Night I Can't Place now moves past the first Lowburn clue. After the anonymous message, you can follow the lead behind Ichiban Warehouse, scout the meeting spot, back out, or stumble through the approach and still reach the next step.
  • Bryan's second Lowburn meeting is now live. After the police, Club Euphoria, and Volthex Station leads are done, Bryan texts again two mornings later and points the route toward Hippocratic Game.
  • Hippocratic Game has its first playable step. Asking about Vitamin M at Patchwork Clinic introduces Dr. Takemi and sets up a dangerous new job tied to Volthex technology.
  • The Sterling Row police report is now a fuller scene. Josh takes the missing-person pattern seriously and becomes available at the Police Station afterward.
  • The Club Euphoria bartender lead has more outcomes. Beauty, bribery, and walking away now all have clearer handling, with follow-up routes for players who get him talking.
  • Eva's home shower encounter has been added. After the first day, moving around the apartment can rarely catch a half-open bathroom door. You can keep walking or risk a Deception check. The encounter has a cooldown so it does not spam the home loop.
  • Eva's shower encounter now has Journal support. Seeing the scene unlocks an Eva memory for replay, and a successful peek can unlock a separate media entry without spoiling that outcome up front.
  • New messages behave better. Newly delivered threads now rise to the top of the inbox, while messages inside each thread still read oldest to newest.

Body, Wardrobe, and Presentation

  • Current body state now drives the avatar. Body frame, chest size, and current anatomy feed paperdolls, portraits, clothing fit, intimate slots, and body-aware equipment checks.
  • The intimate equipment row now follows anatomy. The inventory no longer assumes every MC has the same intimate slot. The paperdoll, inventory grid, and equipment logic now agree about what is available.
  • Chastity is body-matched. Penis-equipped bodies use a chastity cage. Vagina-equipped bodies use a chastity belt. Both feed the same locked-state behavior where scenes need to react to chastity.
  • Chastity keys now have owners. Details can show whether you hold the key or an NPC does. If someone else has the key, self-removal is blocked and relevant scenes can react properly.
  • Special gear has dedicated removal rules. Unequip All, item sets, drag-to-unequip, and normal undressing no longer accidentally strip plugs or chastity. Use the dedicated removal actions instead.
  • Special gear can trigger wear and removal scenes. Putting on or removing plugs and chastity can route through authored scenes, including different plug-insertion text based on Anal experience and once-per-day Anal training from the scene.
  • Special gear remains inspectable. Protected plugs and chastity cannot be removed by ordinary clothing shortcuts, but their slots can still be clicked for item details and key requirements.
  • The Juicyfruit Strap-On uses an outer-genital layer. It can be worn over existing genital-slot gear instead of replacing it, so underlying chastity still matters for scenes and locked-state consequences.
  • Laptop self-touch now respects chastity. Locked states, key ownership, and anal-only play now branch more cleanly instead of ignoring the gear state.
  • Laptop porn now clears arousal consistently. Successful Watch porn finishes from the bedroom laptop now apply a visible Arousal -100 result and clamp the meter to zero, while blocked no-key chastity routes still give no relief or training.
  • Face-aware makeup and hair have improved. Makeup and hair can now follow both active saved face source and body frame, including mixed combinations like a female face on a masculine frame or a male face on a feminine frame when matching art exists. Free Face Surgery previews now show the same target face-source hair and makeup lanes that confirmation will use, while keeping your cosmetic choices, colors, and saved face unchanged until you confirm.
  • Feminine-male expression fallback is better. A male-route MC using the feminine-male body frame can now use softer expression overlays by default when dedicated art is not supplied.
  • Flat-chest clothing fit is cleaner. Tops, bras, and outer tops now respect flat chests on feminine and feminine-male body frames without pushing unrelated clothing into the wrong art lane.
  • Feet, shoes, and legwear layer more naturally. Bare feet are now their own body layer, and compatible shoes can hide the bare-foot layer without breaking socks, stockings, or dress-code checks. Kawaii platforms now have a special fishnet-compatible look.
  • One-piece clothing behaves better. Bodysuits, playsuits, and slot-reserving outfits now separate equipment slot, public coverage, visual hiding, and paperdoll draw order more cleanly.
  • The Goth Darling Playsuit can sit under skirts or trousers. It still counts as a public outfit by itself, but lower-body clothing can now be worn over it when that is the intended look.
  • Hand and arm overlays are cleaner. Pose-specific arms can sit naturally over lower-body clothing and under tops, with exceptions for special art that needs a different layer.
  • Saved item sets are safer. Plug and chastity gear no longer appear in the set picker, are not captured by Replace All with Current Equipment, and are skipped when older saved sets are applied.
  • Saved sets handle recolors and fit-state clothing. Recolored clothing instances, including shoes, can be selected, displayed, and applied without losing their specific color or fit.
  • The saved item set window warns about conflicts. If a new item would clash with something already in the set, you can cancel or replace the conflicting items explicitly.

Mind States, Economy, and Balance

  • First-week money pressure has been tuned. Rent is still reachable through ordinary work, but grinding leaves more fatigue and stress behind.
  • Warehouse shifts now pay 40 Gold. They can be worked twice per day, still train Dexterity and Endurance, and now show the heavier work pressure in the result summary.
  • Femmecat shifts are now the clearer payoff job. Regular shifts pay 60 Gold, can be worked twice per day, add fatigue and stress, and can add Feminization for non-female MCs up to the normal work cap.
  • Sera's client work is later and more premium. Get me a client now requires 60 or more route progress, Presentation score 80 or higher for male MCs or 60 or higher for female MCs, and Oral 12 or Anal 12. A successful client pays 150 Gold, costs one time phase, is limited to one success per day, and adds the route pressure appropriate to your MC.
  • Sexually Confident can now unlock correctly. The route threshold was corrected so confidence-based follow-up content can appear during normal play.
  • Mind States now start from a readable baseline. New games begin with Holding Together, and the sidebar opens the Mind State overlay cleanly without pretending there is a numeric badge to inspect.
  • Desperate for Money is clearer. It appears from 500 Gold or more in active debt pressure and blocks optional spending while still allowing work, selling, debt payments, phone purchases, story payments, and forced-consequence payoffs.
  • Numb and Burned Out have clearer roles. Numb blocks social and emotional entry points. Burned Out blocks demanding work, study, exercise, chores, exploration, and training. Both can coexist when pressure gets bad enough.
  • Recovery paths are more explicit. Put Yourself Back Together, Take Quiet Time, and the stricter burnout rest route now tell players what kind of recovery they are choosing.
  • Stress and fatigue escalation is less abrupt. Visible meters still cap at 100, but hidden pressure can build behind the cap before the harshest states appear. Recovery below the visible cap clears that hidden overflow cleanly.
  • Route reflection moments have expanded. Male-route feminization now has free mirror reflections from early curiosity through questioning and acceptance. Female-route corruption now has its own reflection-gated progression through curiosity, craving, acknowledgement, and later resolution.
  • The Gutter reputation panel has more detail. Reputation entries can show your current title, what it means, what comes next, and related trackers such as burglary loot goals.
  • Paid action labels are clearer. One-off paid actions now show prices directly in the button, including jabs, Back Machines, and burglary setup costs.

Interface and Quality of Life

  • Locked and disabled options explain themselves better. Choices, actions, destinations, NPC services, shop buys, phone contacts, and salon or clinic purchases now use player-facing requirement text instead of vague labels.
  • Money gates now say what you need. Blocked paid options can show the price, what you have, or when money only needs to be on hand.
  • Beauty Atelier and Nail Studio stay steadier while you choose. Hair colors, makeup choices, nail lengths, polish colors, checkout lines, and the Apply button should no longer make the salon overlay jump around.
  • The Mechanics Journal now matches the live game. The Journal covers current stat groups, training curves, sleep recovery, fatigue and stress thresholds, dice behavior, Dominance, relationships, Appearance, recolors, Special Gear, shops, and burglary.
  • Body & History wording is clearer. The current chastity row now says You hold the key or names the NPC who holds it, without changing actual ownership or save data.
  • The saved item set window is roomier. The picker and item list are wider, rows and buttons are easier to click, the filter is always available in picker view, and bottom actions stay inside the modal.
  • Shop try-on buttons no longer clip on narrow panels. Close and Buy now stack when needed, so long color labels stay readable.
  • Long action labels wrap better. Route-state buttons such as mirror checks and confession choices now size and center more gracefully.
  • The Bookshop is easier to find. It now appears in the normal Go section at Neon Mall, then opens a dedicated Bookshop location with its shop button inside.
  • Plastic Surgeon and Face Surgery icons display correctly. Their face-scan icon now appears instead of an empty slot.
  • The Gutter map order is stable. The district stays at the end of the city map, and moving between Gutter locations no longer triggers accidental generic Event popups.
  • Technical labels stay hidden in normal play. Burglary rewards, clothing instances, Outfit Vibe, and ordinary passage displays now use readable names instead of leaking behind-the-scenes labels.
  • The new-game flow explains support without blocking play. After age verification and the welcome intro, an optional support screen explains that public builds stay free while supporters get the newest build four weeks before public release. Players can still start without supporting.
  • Support buttons are easier to notice. The title screen, sidebar, and support screen now use branded Patreon and SubscribeStar buttons with badge icons, external-link icons, and labels that wrap instead of clipping.
  • The welcome intro is cleaner. The old content-toggle bullet has been removed from the intro copy.

Fixes and Stability

  • Club Euphoria's solo drink limit matches its time slots. After Victor's first encounter, Grab a Drink is capped at two uses per day, so the action no longer shows a 3/3 daily limit when it is only available in afternoon and evening.
  • Juicyfruit Heart Plug try-on uses the Ass preview. Trying on the plug now uses the rear Ass preview instead of placing it on the front-facing paperdoll. Normal clothing try-ons are unchanged.
  • Feminine Explorer can reach gold again. The newer normal feminine clothing items now count for the challenge instead of only Crop Top and Denim Shorts.
  • Body Clinic and Plastic Surgeon previews are safe. Backing out of a preview does not spend Gold, advance time, change route identity, change body state, alter equipped cosmetics, or save the preview as your real body or face. Plastic Surgeon previews now show the same target face-source render stack that confirmation will use while preserving current cosmetic choices and colors until payment.
  • Nail purchases persist correctly. Nail length and polish save as the equipped nail cosmetic and selected polish color.
  • Salon exit warnings are clearer for male MCs. If the MC is not ready for public feminine presentation, the studio warns before leaving in makeup or a feminine hairstyle.
  • Sera's sex-related options respect collapse states. Paid services, lessons, negotiation, hustle routes, and client work now respect Numb, Coming Back From Numbness, and Burned Out without spending money or daily uses when blocked.
  • Sera's client availability is clearer. The action now shows remaining daily availability before and after use.
  • Chastity key drift has been fixed. Older saves with duplicate or misplaced keys are cleaned up on load.
  • Bookshop placement and icons were fixed. The store opens through the mall location flow and displays its intended storefront and action icons.
  • Rewind and Fast-Forward are safer around short actions. Same-room actions like making coffee now create proper checkpoints, restore the exact post-action state, and discard abandoned future branches correctly.
  • Bill-day Rewind is fixed. Rewinding after the Sunday bill modal now returns to the usable Saturday-night room state instead of trapping the player at the mandatory bill popup.
  • Nested time-cost choices now respect normal action gates. Subchoices that spend time follow the same blocking and time-advance rules as regular actions.
  • Chosen-name dialogue now renders correctly. Direct-address quote lines use the player's chosen name instead of showing template text.
  • Police report visibility is fixed for older saves. Post-Bryan saves can see Report a Crime even if they were created before the temporary unlock path existed.
  • New district icons resolve correctly. Police Station, Corner Shop, Ramen Place, Volthex Station, and related cards now show their intended icons.
  • Burglary results use readable item names. Stolen tech rewards now appear as player-facing item names in result summaries.
  • Residential lockpicking has its normal Willpower option. The force-success option appears before the roll where it should, with the usual recovery option after a failed roll.
  • Location and NPC art assignments are more reliable. People Here cards and NPC menus can use separate intended portraits without breaking Eva's existing correct split.
  • Plug visuals stay in the right preview. Equipped plugs no longer appear on front-facing passage animations; they remain visible in the dedicated Ass preview while normal paperdoll animations continue to show clothing, cosmetics, expressions, and chastity correctly.
  • Edited paperdoll assets refresh correctly. Local previews now pick up corrected art even when the filename stays the same.
  • Public dress checks are more consistent. One-piece clothing, underwear coverage, reserved slots, inventory warnings, and outside-blocking checks now agree more often.
  • Face, body, makeup, hair, nails, clothing fit, and paperdoll layering now survive save/load more reliably. The update closes several places where the visible avatar could drift away from what the player actually equipped or purchased.
